Situated on the edge of the village of Cilgerran and overlooking Cilgerran Gorge.  The aerial view below shows the village with the cottage marked by the red dot above the riverside picnic area.  Cilgerran Castle is the bottom right of the picture overlooking the river Teifi.  The village offers 2 village stores, a post office, 3 pubs and a fine restaurant. 

Cottage Facilities

Cilgerran Cottage is a three bedroomed house that easily sleeps five in double, twin and single rooms.  On the first floor, all rooms have a view of the River Teifi and Cilgerran Gorge.  Our comfortable bedrooms will be made up on your arrival. The newly installed bathroom has a bath and electric shower which ensures a constant supply of hot water or a  soak in the tub after a long walk.

Downstairs, there is a spacious lounge which features a woodburning stove for winter evenings.  The room is furnished with two sofas including a sofabed, just in case!  For your entertainment we provide digital TV with a Video/DVD player, a video library and rainy day games hamper. 

In addition there is a broadband wireless service for those who need to keep in touch.

The large renovated kitchen has a hob, double-oven, dishwasher, microwave and a dining table for six with a slate floor and door to an outside seating area.

There is also utility room with a freezer, washing machine and drier with ample room for boots and outdoor gear.

The pretty terraced garden frames stunning river and woodland views.  A safe enclosure outside the kitchen/dining room allows peace of mind to let children or the pet free range.
